Thank you for shopping with Wonder Heartbeat. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

📦 Please do not send your return directly to the product manufacturer.

EU Consumers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • This 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email before the 14-day period ends.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items such as sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

If you are a California resident, you are protected under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable state regulations. This includes rights regarding how your personal information is used during the purchase and return process, as well as transparency in pricing and refund policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and hygiene-related products

Partial Refunds(if applicable)

We may offer partial refunds in certain cases, such as:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, video games, vinyl records, etc.)
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund timing may vary based on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address}, and we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
